How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase is easy. Click on a product image to view further information and imagery. If you wish to purchase an item, simply select your size, click `Add to bag` and follow the prompts on screen.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
After you place an order you will automatically be sent an e-mail confirmation. If you did not receive an email confirmation upon placing an order please reach out to Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only after delivery address has been verified and your credit card details have been approved your order will be accepted and the item(s) shipped. You will receive a second email from us confirming your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.
What if the item is out of stock?
We are sustainably oriented, due to that practice, we produce only small amounts of items and some article may be out of stock. You can contact our Customer Care service and check out if the article is going to be restocked, and if possible order your size.

What payment methods does DNK studio accept?
DNK studio will accept payments by Visa/MasterCard/Discover and American Express (Payment Card).
When will my credit card be charged?
We will place a pending charge to your credit card once your order is placed and authorize the payment after it finishes our fraud checking process, you will be charged once we ship your order.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. To help ensure your shopping experience is simple, safe and secure we utilize Authorize.net.
Why did my card decline at checkout?
A card can decline for different reason. Make sure you are inputting correct billing address, especially if it is different from shipping address. If it is a general decline, please contact your bank for further information.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
After an order is placed you are unable to change it. You must contact our Customer Care, and we would be happy to fulfill your request. Keep in mind that when the order is in the shipping stage it is not possible to cancel the order or to change it.
How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order please contact our Customer Care immediately. Keep in mind that when the order is in the shipping stage it is not possible to cancel the order or to change it. It needs to be treated as a return upon receiving it.
Do you offer gift wrap?
Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping options, all our items are placed in sustainable packaging in cardboard boxes and delicately wrapped in white tissue paper.

Creating an account with us enables you to save personal information for an easier checkout process and to view your order history and status.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one to be sent to you , choose the “My Account” option on our site then chose “Forgot my password”.

Shipping and Returns
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship after your form of payment has been accepted. We usually ship an order 1-2 business days after an order is placed. Should there be any delay, we will contact you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
How do I return an item?
All items must be returned with their original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in an unaltered condition. All original tickets must be attached and a copy of your invoice must be enclosed with your order number. You have 30 days to return an item once you have received your order. The packaging on all our items is considered to be a part of the product. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any international order.
To send your return back to us, simply follow the below steps:
-Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us about returning items and send us your order number.
-Repackage the item(s) you would like to return along with the completed return slip. It must also be in the original packaging because it is part of the product.
-To return your product, you should mail your product to DNK studio, PO BOX 2427, REDMOND, WA, 98073-2427, UNITED STATES
How do I exchange an item?
You can only exchange the same item for another size. You will need to go through the normal return process of an item. We do not exchange for any international order.
When will I receive my refund?
Once our warehouse receives and processes your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 14 business days.
Will I be refunded the full amount I paid?
You will be refunded the amount you originally paid when purchasing, excluded shipping charges. Keep in mind that Final Sale items are non refundable.
Will I be refunded the taxes/duties?
DNK studio is unable to refund taxes/duties since it`s the country as to which the order is shipped that collects the taxes/duties.
My order arrived damaged. What can I do?
Before shipping any order, each item is inspected to make sure it is in top condition. In case you receive a damaged item please contact Customer Care immediately. If the item is damaged due to delivery then the carrier is responsible for the damage.
